Ashok Diamonds began the way the best family businesses do—at a small bench, with a loupe, a pair of tweezers, and a stubborn belief that a diamond should be chosen with the eye, not sold from a page.

For more than three decades our family has sourced, graded, and set stones for couples across the Greater Toronto Area. We learned the trade from the inside out: cutting floors, grading labs, and the quiet workshops where a ring is actually made. That obsession with craftsmanship never left us.

Somewhere along the way, the sons and daughters of our first customers began walking through the door with their own partners. Serving a second generation is the highest compliment our work can receive—and it's why we've never chased volume.

Thousands of happy customers later, we still don't advertise the way other jewellers do. Most of the people who sit across from us were sent by someone who trusted us first. We'd rather earn a relationship than close a transaction.
